A legacy of quality
and respect for the ocean

History and Tradition

Mollusca, derived from “mollusk,” reflects our focus on bivalves such as clams, mussels, and oysters. Since 2010, our goal has been to make a positive impact on the aquaculture sector in Baja California. We specialize in the production and marketing of bivalve mollusks, with a strong commitment to socio-economic and environmental sustainability.

Laguna de
Guerrero Negro

Laguna de Guerrero Negro, located at the Paralelo 28, is a natural sanctuary that has fostered oyster farming for generations as an essential part of its identity. The unique conditions of this ecosystem (brackish waters, high purity, and an ideal climate) have been the foundation for cultivating bivalve mollusks of exceptional quality.

Commitment
to Sustainability

At Mollusca, we have dedicated ourselves to perfecting this tradition through sustainable techniques and collaborations with experts to protect the ecosystem. We work hand in hand with local communities and scientists, ensuring a balance between production and the regeneration of marine ecosystems.

Mission

To offer the highest quality seafood products, cultivated with respect and responsibility. We are dedicated to promoting sustainable farming practices that ensure the preservation of our marine ecosystems while guaranteeing the freshness and safety of each product. Through transparency and rigorous control at every stage of the process, we aim to build consumer trust and contribute to the well-being of the coastal communities of Guerrero Negro Lagoon that directly depend on fishing and aquaculture.
